Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are typically processed and shipped the same
business day. - Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may vary during high-volume periods.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship orders via UPS. Available shipping options and rates are displayed at
checkout.
- Flat Rate Shipping: $10
- Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders over $150
All shipping charges are calculated and displayed prior to order completion.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination.
- Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–4 business days after shipment.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
- Orders must be shipped to a valid physical address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Signature Requirements
Certain orders may require a signature upon delivery for security and verification purposes.
This requirement is determined at the time of shipment.
Delays and Carrier Issues
Renovita Research LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. You may also reach out to us for assistance in initiating a carrier investigation.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout.
